Psychotherapy & Counselling
Contact Allene
If you are considering therapy, looking for clinical supervision or would like to discuss a professional referral, you are welcome to get in touch.
I am currently accepting new private clients for online therapy across the UK.

Before you get in touch
Private therapy: I offer a free introductory call of up to 15 minutes, giving you an opportunity to briefly discuss what you are looking for, ask questions and consider whether working together feels right.
Professional referrals: Please include your name, organisation and a brief outline of your enquiry. Detailed confidential client information should not be submitted through this website.
Clinical supervision: Please let me know that your enquiry relates to supervision and include a brief outline of your professional role.
NB: Please keep your initial message brief and avoid including detailed medical, psychological or other sensitive personal information.
What happens next?
I will respond to your enquiry using the contact details you provide. For private therapy enquiries, we can arrange a brief introductory call before deciding whether to book an initial assessment.
An enquiry does not create a therapist-client relationship or guarantee that I will be able to offer an appointment.
Please note: This website and contact form are not monitored as a crisis service. If you need urgent or emergency support, please use the appropriate emergency or crisis service rather than waiting for a response to this form.
If you need urgent help
If you or someone else is in immediate danger or there is a life-threatening emergency, call 999 or go to A&E.
NHS 24 Mental Health Hub: Call 111 and choose the mental health option if you need urgent mental health support and cannot wait for your GP or usual mental health service to reopen.
Samaritans: Call 116 123 free, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, if you need someone to talk to.
Breathing Space: Call 0800 83 85 87 for free, confidential support if you are in Scotland and feeling low, anxious or distressed. The service is open Monday to Thursday, 6pm–2am, and continuously from Friday 6pm to Monday 6am.
If you already receive support from a mental health service, contact that service directly where possible. You can also contact your GP for support with your mental health.
