Therapy

Online psychotherapy for adults across the UK, with an approach shaped around you rather than a single model of therapy.

You do not need to know which type of therapy you need before getting in touch.

We can explore what has brought you to therapy, what you would like support with and which approach may be appropriate for you.

How therapy works

Trees

Our first session gives us time to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you would like support with and how we might work together.

Therapy is collaborative. We will review how the work is progressing and can adapt our approach where appropriate. If you start with one type of therapy and later feel that it is not right for you, we can discuss this together.

If we decide to continue, sessions will usually take place weekly online.
